You will need to pinch yourself while running that you are actually in the city as you run along the Grand Union Canal and return via the linear parks that run throughout Milton Keynes. The route will have mile markers so you will know how you are doing and will be fully chip timed with results being streamed on the Results Base website which will also include three split points.
