A Christmas Carol at York Explore

Take a seat, relax and spend 45 minutes listening to renowned local storyteller and former York teacher Brian Oxberry as he tells this classic Christmas story. Brian is a Dickens enthusiast and has performed this piece in and around York many times over the years. He

was an active member of the Charles Dickens Society and Dickens Museum in Malton until it closed in December 2018.

The performance is free to attend, and there will be a donations box at the event if you wish to make a donation to the work of Explore Libraries and Archives.
